One mile of water line has been completed from the main to the development. All water infrastructure to the lots within the community has been completed.     Dry utilities (phone and power) will be completed by November 10 Paving and drainage will be completed by December 1 Grand Opening ceremonies be be scheduled around January 15, 2009
